Why do I publish a free weekly dinner meal plan? It’s simple – How many times in your life have you heard: “What’s for dinner?” or “What would you like to eat?” If you are anything like me, I’ve heard those questions over and over in my life, so to remedy the situation I have started planning out my meals on a weekly basis. My weekly dinner meal plans have truly reduced my after work stress, as I do not have to stop by the grocery store when I get off work, or worry about what I’m going to fix for dinner on my way home because I already know!

Here is a weeknight time-saving tip that you may find valuable – On the weekend, or on your day off, go ahead and brown your ground beef and store it in the refrigerator (or buy some in bulk, brown, and freeze one-pound packages). This cuts almost 10 minutes off of your meal preparations during the week. I also recommend you go ahead and slice, dice, and chop any produce ahead of time. I’m all for saving time during the week and I’m sure you will find it beneficial as well!
