A friend of mine challenged me to come up with a weekly dinner meal plan that only used fresh foods; no processed foods. At first, I thought that challenge would be simple, but I was wrong. It actually took me two weeks to come up with a dinner menu that I hope meets the challenge. I’ll let you tell me how I did!
The weekly dinner meal plan for the week of May 3rd, 2015 will include the following recipes: chicken and vegetable kabobs, vegetable stuffed portobellos, beef pot roast, garden omelets, southwest chicken pouches, bell pepper steak, and garlic shrimp kabobs with roasted red potatoes.
