Ingredients
* 1 tablespoon – Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
* 1 – 16 ounce package – Kielbasa Sausage, diced
* 6 Red Potatoes, diced
* 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
* 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
Preparation
1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil on medium heat.

2. Add kielbasa and potatoes to the saucepan; cover and cook for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

3. Add the peppers to the saucepan and continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
